With the election 10 days away, the checkbooks have opened big for Tom Arceneaux campaign. And more can be expected between now and Sat. Dec. 10.Tom filed yesterday (Tues.) his campaign report for the time period from Oct. 20 through Nov. 20. that showed $93,908 in contributions.

Louisiana ethics laws require that special reports must be filed within 48 hours of receipt for campaign contributions within the 20-day period immediately preceding an election.This requirement applies to both the Nov. 10 primary election and the upcoming Dec. 10 run-off general election.
