BLANCHARD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ALSO HAS WATER ISSUES

That makes three of the four north Caddo schools that the Caddo School Board opened today—Blanchard Elementary, Donnie Bickham and Northwood--that have major water issues. Reportedly water pressure is Ok at Mooringsport Elementary.
