DA STEWART DRAWS INFLUDENTIAL CROWD AT THIS CAMPAIG N ANNOUNCMENT

Caddo District Attorney James Stewart grew a good crowd at his announcement earlier this afternoon. Obviously, the Washington Mardi Gras, workday for many,  and the snow/sleet still on streets may have limited attendance.
