With the Independence Bowl Foundation Annual Meeting taking place last Thursday, the foundation turned over a new leaf for 2020. The Independence Bowl Foundation welcomed new leadership – an event that takes place each March.
The foundation welcomes a new chair each year, and on Thursday, Frank Auer was introduced as the 2020 Independence Bowl Foundation Chair. Other leadership changes to the 2020 Executive Committee are listed as follows:
♦ Vice-Chair: Rob Rubel
♦ 1st Vice-Chair: Bryan Roppolo
♦ 2nd Vice-Chair: Claire Rebouche
♦ Treasurer: Linda Sell
♦ Secretary: Jim Dean
♦ Three-Year Term: Keith Burton
♦ Three-Year Term: Sarah Giglio
♦ One-Year Term: Taylor Caudle
These representatives join past chair Art Carmody IV, Mekkos Jones, Tim Harms and Dave Stuart on the Executive Committee. Along with additions to the foundation’s Executive Committee were additions and changes to the 2020 Board of Directors. The new members of the Board of Directors are:
Three-Year Term: Jim Dean, Curtis Elkins, Staten Fontaine, Jana Freeman Forrest, Suyi Georgewill, Jesse Gilmore, Tim Harms, Grant Nuckolls, Victor Mainiero, Michael Melerine, Rob Rubel, Phil Stewart, Kim Stevens, Scott Wysong
Two-Year Term: David Richard
