In 2005, Hurricane Katrina upset the applecart. With her fierce winds and rains, Katrina’s impact was phenomenon. One hundred thousand students or more felt her wrath. Not only did she affect the campuses of K-12, but she affected the college campuses also; so has the coronavirus.
Prepared, were we? How long was knowledge known before Hurricane Katrina hit the land of her potential devastation? What did those who knew do to offset such travesty?
