AS EXPECTED LOCAL CASINO RECEIPTS DOWN IN MARCH

It's no surprise that COVID-19 and the resulting shutdown of the casinos had a major impact on local casino revenues in March.

Boomtown's receipts were down 55.6%.

Eldorado Resort's receipts were down 62.2%.

Horseshoe's receipts were down 64.9%.

Diamond Jack's receipts were down 57.6%.

Sam's Town receipts were down 60.1%.

Margaritaville receipts were down 59.4%.

Total casino receipts for Shreveport Bossier were down 61.1%.

Compared to Feb. 2020, local March total receipts were $28.1 million less. Compared to Mar. 2019, the difference was $38.7 million less.

This major decline will result in similar reductions in casino income to Shreveport and Bossier City.
