COMMISSION EMERGENCY MASK ORDINANCE IS TIME LIMITED

Sec. 3-13 of the Caddo Commission charter provides for emergency ordinances.

The mask ordinance on the agenda today (Thurs.) for commission vote falls within these provisions.

As advised by Commissioner John-Paul Young this emergency ordinance is temporary.

Sec. 3-13 B. reads
"Emergency ordinances shall be effective for no longer than thirty (30) days after final approval. The commission, upon a two-thirds vote of its members, may extend the life of an emergency ordinance for an additional thirty (30) days, but no such ordinance may be extended beyond that period."

NOW I HAVE THE PERFECT WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT!
