The Southern Hills Business Association General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 29, at noon at the Southern Hills Business Conference Center located at 9701 Baird Roa in Shreveport.
Chuck Daigle, CEO of Ochner LSU Health, along with PR Director Tina Martinez and a doctor from their hospital will update members on the services of Ochsner LSU Health and overview of what it is like to be on the front line of this Covid-19 crisis.
Daigle serves as the chief executive officer of Ochsner LSU Health System – North Louisiana, a partnership jointly formed by Ochsner Health System and LSU Health Shreveport as CEO, Daigle has responsibility for overseeing the health-care delivery system in Shreveport and Monroe and coordinating activities between the LSU Health Sciences Center.
He has operational responsibility for the North Louisiana Hospitals, including Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport — the only Level 1 Trauma Center in North Louisiana, Ochsner LSU Health’s Monroe Medical Center, and the ambulatory surgery and diagnostic centers, and has administrative responsibility for the Ochsner LSU Health Physician Group and its clinic locations.
The meeting is open to the business community. All are welcome to attend the meeting at no charge. Please adhere to Covid-19 guidelines. Hand sanitizer will be available at the check-in desk.
Members who bring a guest(s) as a possible future member are eligible for an extra special gift and their meals will be compliments of John Settle and his daughter, Emily Merkle, a local candidate for judge.
The meeting will also be available via Zoom. Let Beverly Sater know if you wish to participate by Zoom and she will contact you to join before the meeting at noon. Lunch will be available at 11:30 a.m. from Little Caesar’s for only $10 payable at the door.
