The Caddo Commission staff is fervorously working to implement the $7.1 million dollars received from the U.S. Treasury Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) program.
The Commission has selected the Shreveport Housing Authority to be the administrator for this new program.
The Housing Authority will manage the overall program working with community partners to be named soon.
The Authority will promulgate the guidelines, set up a website with an online application, and assist the Parish in providing education to tenants and landlords.

The Parish hopes that its applications can be received by mid to late March.
