The request was for the amount of CARES Act funding received by the Caddo Parish School Board (CPSB) and how was it expended.
The Louisiana Public Records Act allows 3 business days for responses to public records request.
The time period ended March 18.
A followup email on the public records request was sent on March 24 with a calendar date of March 29.
No response has been received on this request.
Today is April 1.
Clearly the CPSB is violating the public records act.
This author must now file a lawsuit in Caddo district court for this information.
