John came to Shreveport in January of 1977 when he was transferred to Barksdale AFB.

He’s been active in Shreveport politics since deciding to make Shreveport his home.

John practiced law for 40 years and he now monitors local politics. He regularly attends Shreveport City Council and Caddo Parish Commission meetings.

John is published weekly in The Inquisitor, bi-monthly in The Forum News, and frequently in the Shreveport Times.

He enjoys addressing civic groups on local government issues and elections.

 

Status report: Win $100, register security camera with RTCC

FOCUS SB/The Inquisitor "Help Solve Crimes ... register security cameras ... win $100" campaign

The campaign started Oct. 15, 2021, to encourage businesses to register security cameras with Shreveport's Real Time Center.

FOCUS SB posted $1,000, an anonymous donation provided $1,000, and Caddo Judge Craig Marcotte contributed $100.

Eighteen checks for $100 have been distributed, and $300 is left in the "pot" to be awarded.
