HOW MANY TEUTSCH FAMILY MEMBERS CAN WORIK FOR BOSSIER CITY?

How many family members should be on the Bossier City payroll?

Is it a conflict of interest for the Bossier City Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and a Bossier City Fireman to be brother and sister?

Is it a conflict of interest for the father of the CAO and a Bossier fireman to be hired to be a "liaison" for the city attorney?

Should the Bossier city attorney and assistant city attorney be responsible for civil service matters without a $60,000 per year assistant?

Bossier City attorney Charles Jacobs wants to hire Terrell Dale Teutsch to assist with municipal civil service matters regarding operational and employment matters for the Bossier police and fire departments.

Just how many of these civil service matters arise in a year?

Teutsch is the dad of a Bossier fireman and the Bossier CAO.

If the son is a fireman, will it be a conflict for the dad to handle civil service matters for the fire department?

Will Teutsch, as a city employee, ultimately be responsible to his daughter, the CAO?

Many questions should be asked about the employment of the dad as requested by City Attorney Jacobs.

The Bossier City council meets Tues. Feb. 15 at 3 p.m.

An ordinance to hire Teutsch is on the agenda.
