WHO REALLY IS MARVIN MOHAMMED AND WHAT’S HIS STORY?

JOHN E. SETTLE JR

If one has ever watched a city council meeting, the name Marvin Mohammed is probably familiar.

Marvin generally speaks during the comment period.

His comments are known to be disjointed, convoluted  and filled with mispronounced or misused words.

At one time he came to the meetings in work clothes.

Now he wears a familiar and regular suit.

But who really is Marvin?

What other names or alias has he used and where?

Does he have a criminal record? And if so, for what offenses?

Readers of The Inquisitor are inquiring.

In future weeks they can peruse a profile on Marvin, the new "enlightened" one who shares his wisdom at council meetings, and often at commission meetings as well.

Knowing who a person really is certainly helps evaluate the merits of his messages during his three minutes of fame at the meetings.
