WAS CADDO COMMISSION RESOLUTION FOR BERNIE SANDERS UNAUTHORIZED?

This past Saturday, Caddo Commission president Stormy Gage-Watts presented Bernie Sanders a framed resolution from the Caddo Commission. See picture below.

The resolution was signed by all seven Democrat Commissioners and the council clerk.

The resolution was not on the Commission agenda for approval.

Reportedly, the resolution will be on the agenda at the next Commission meeting for ratification.

Needless to say, the five Republican Commissioners were not happy to see this picture.

This may be a practice of the Commission. If it is, this raises many questions.
