Shreveport levies a 2.75% rate on a calendar fiscal year. Its December tally of $13,041,962 was a 1.7% drop from last year's $13,271,526. However, it rose 2.2% for its full fiscal year, collecting $166,552,746 in '25 vs $162,877,311 in '24, a gain of $3,675,435.
The Caddo Parish School Board has a 1.5% rate. It operates on a July 1 to June 30 fiscal year. It had a nice 10.6% hike in December, garnering $9,507,360 vs '24's $8,596,588. At the middle of its fiscal year, it's received $55,935,921, a 3.6% increase from the previous year's first 6 months' total of $53,925,419.
The Law Enforcement District of Caddo, the Sheriff, imposes a 0.35% rate and uses the calendar fiscal year. December's amount of $2,218,718 was 10.8% more than the $2,002,751 the year before. It closed its fiscal year 3.9% above a year prior. $25,939,788 was received for 2025, and $24,977,922 for 2024.
Bossier City-Parish had a 3.5% increase, $5,407,268 vs $5,226,587. Its complete fiscal year tally showed a 4.9% gain over 2024, $67,588,852 vs $64,413,750.
The Bossier Parish School Board witnessed a 3.9% uptick for its December, $5,504,513 vs $5,298,762. At the halfway point of its school board fiscal year, it's gained 8.4% more, $35,788,700 vs $33,008,311.
The Bossier Parish Police Jury had deposits which were 16.4% greater than it did in 2024, $1,163,617 vs $983,227. Its year ending figure of $13,882,253 was 6.8% above last year's $13,003,771 total sum.
