That makes three of the four north Caddo schools that the Caddo School Board opened today—Blanchard Elementary, Donnie Bickham and Northwood--that have major water issues.
Reportedly water pressure is Ok at Mooringsport Elementary.
What extreme measures may have been imposed at Blanchard Elementary and Mooringsport Elementary are not known at this time.
If these were inner city schools there would be a major public outcry that would be heard throughout the parish, down to Baton Rouge and on the national media.
But then, it IS North Caddo.
