The tragedy is virtually unspeakable.
A 13-year-old boy killed his 14-year-old sister on Sunday.
The Shreveport Police Department (SPD) press release reports that multiple people were in the north Shreveport home at the time of the shooting and they were interviewed.
Where did this child get the gun?
Did the 13 year old load the gun or was it load when he obtained it?
Was an adult(s) responsible for not safe guarding the murder weapon.
This horrible event is only magnified by the unanswered questions which hopefully will be answered soon by SPD.
And if an adult(s) was complacent in this murder, then appropriate charges should be lodged by SPD.
