EARLY VOTING BEGINS TOMORROW (Friday) FOR RUN-OFF ELECTIONS

Caddo voters have run-off elections on the Nov. 18 ballot. The parish wide races are for Sheriff, Tax Assessor and BESE Board. Some parish voters will also have Senate district 39 and House district 4 on the ballot.There are also state-wide run-off elections for Attorney General and Treasurer.
