Olivers’ campaign finance report reflected contributions of $7,300 with expenses of $26,850 and a loan from himself of $22,000 to his campaign as of Sept. 24, 2026, with funds in hand of less than $500.
Attorney Trey Morris contributed $2,500 to his campaign.
Oliver spent almost $22,000 with Lamar Advertising for billboards.
