Craig Lee, the perennial candidate, is running against the incumbent Gary Brooks for the Shreveport City District B seat.
During the reporting period that ended Sept. 24, 2026, Lee raised $2975 in campaign funds. His largest contributor ($500) was Ron Lattier, the paramour of councilwoman Tabatha Taylor.
At the end of the reporting period, he had $1066 in funds.
Lee has spent generously out of his campaign funds to benefit himself.
His report showed over $300 for campaign meals and over $450 on gas for campaigning.
He also reported over $165 for campaign fundraising trips to Dallas, Hot Springs, and Desoto Texas. His report did not list any campaign contributions from these locations.
The expenditures for meals, gas and trips represent almost 50% of his campaign contributions.
