Cassie Mae Rogers filed a lawsuit to compel the Bossier City Council to place the term limit charter provisions on the December ballot. A hearing is set in Benton before Judge Parker Self. Mayor Tommy Chandler is a named defendant--any litigation filed against the city must name the mayor.
