TESTAMENT CONSTRUCTION HAS STOPPED WORK ON MAJOR BOSSIER PROJECT

A Bossier City official advised the Bossier Council at yesterday's meeting that Testament Construction Company had stopped work on a major drainage ditch project. The worksite demobilization was confirmed by councilman Brian Hammons. Work had started, and payments had been made to Testament.

WILL CADDO SHERIFF MOVE OFFICES OUT OF GOVERNMENT PLAZA

Caddo Sheriff Henry Whitehorn has purchased the old Mitsubishi dealership facility at the auto mall for $5.45 million. The Caddo Sheriff has issued $7.5 million in revenue bonds to fund this acquisition. The bonds will be repaid out of the Sheriff’s General Fund.
