OLD SHERATON ON 70TH STREET PRESENTS SPECIAL CHALLENGES FOR CITY OF SHREVEPORT

It's been about six years since the Sheraton Hotel on East 70th Street closed and was sold to a new out of town owner. Reportedly ownership has changed at least once.Construction to renovate this property has been in progress for about two years. More delay in completion is now expected.

I regularly cycle--as in pedal a bike. On Wednesdays I cycle 25 miles, more or less. On Saturdays I cycle 30-35 miles.I cycled  25 miles when the heat index was 105 degrees. At least the movement of the bike created some cooling air flow.
