John came to Shreveport in January of 1977 when he was transferred to Barksdale AFB.

He’s been active in Shreveport politics since deciding to make Shreveport his home.

John practiced law for 40 years and he now monitors local politics. He regularly attends Shreveport City Council and Caddo Parish Commission meetings.

John is published weekly in The Inquisitor, bi-monthly in The Forum News, and frequently in the Shreveport Times.

He enjoys addressing civic groups on local government issues and elections.

 

CONSULTING FIRM HIRED TO COMPLETE ROAD PROJECT

Work is continuing on the Walter O. Bigby Carriageway project in Bossier City, but now a consulting firm has been hired to oversee the project to its completion.

Manshac Consulting Group will be tasked with outsourcing the review of the Carriageway project.

But Manshac is not a new firm. Chief Administrative Officer Pam Glorioso said, “We have been contracted with working with Manshac since 2016. They are our partner which we use for day-to-day management of our utility departments.”
