SHABBY TACTICS BY ATTORNEY JONES AND HER EEOC CLIENTS

Legal cases are tried in a court of law.

EEOC complaints are investigated by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Shreveport attorney Allison Jones and her clients - Dr. Jennifer Woerner, Dr. Sharon Dunn, Dr.
Christina Notarianna, and Dr. Christi Rinaudo - are attempting to try their complaints in the court of public opinion.

Shabby to say the least, and possibly prejudicial to the ultimate resolutions of their complaints.

Jones is not stranger to job discrimination complaints and has dealt regularly with the local media. But rarely if ever has she used excessive free press to bolster her practice and/or the claims of her clients.

The many public comments by Jones could be subject to disciplinary action by the Louisiana State Bar as well as potential defamation litigation once these complaints are resolved.

Jones is clearly out of line calling for a permanent change in administration at LSU Health.

Jones is a former elected official and she has received her share of public criticism. So she knows the ropes when if comes to media attention.

The fact that the Louisiana Legislature is in session seemingly has served as additional ammunition for Jones to deviate from the normal client representation versus public relations attack dog.
