CADDO COMMISSIONER JACKSON AND HIS BAD LUCK WITH GUM ON HIS SHOES

Goodness, he just has bad luck!

Not once, but at least three times.

Maybe four times.

Jackson agreed to stay away, and no charges were filed.

Poor Steven just walked into some fresh chewing gum in the parking lot.

But it was NOT his fault.

But low and behold, it happened a few years later.

This time a stalking protective order was issued by a Caddo judge.

This time around Jackson agreed to a mutual protective order.

Darn, more gum on his shoes.

But it was NOT his fault...AGAIN.

Fast forward to an incident in Bossier City.

This time Jackson was arrested for false impersonation of a law enforcement officer.

After pleading guilty to a misdemeanor for impersonation, Jackson issues a statement denying ANY responsibility for the incident.

Darn, that bubble gum in Bossier City can be quite a mess.

But it was NOT his fault...AGAIN.

Next up are charges of assault in Shreveport City Court.

Who knows what story will be told by scheming Steven in this incident.

This incident was witnessed by at least one Caddo Parish employees and several Caddo Commissioners.

Goodness, more gum on his shoes.

No doubt this last incident will NOT be his fault.

And Steven wants to go to Baton Rouge as a state representative.

Down at the state capital there is plenty of gum in the parking lots.

Maybe Steven should just go barefoot and keep his shoes clean.

Maybe Steven should just go barefoot to avoid getting more gum on his shoes.
