Caddo Commissioner Stormy Gage-Watts has announced she will run for Shreveport mayor this fall.
Gage-Watts has served on the Caddo Commission since April 2015.
Her travel/convention expenses for between 2015 and December 31, 2025 were more than $64,000. These were paid/reimbursed by Caddo Parish with taxpayer dollars.

Gage-Watts is termed out this year on the Commission. She will still be entitled to travel and attend meetings that will be paid for by the Parish.

He’s been active in Shreveport politics since deciding to make Shreveport his home.
John practiced law for 40 years and he now monitors local politics. He regularly attends Shreveport City Council and Caddo Parish Commission meetings.
