His office has now issued a Request for Qualifications for Architectural Design Services.
LaFleur-Tillage LLC of Baton Rouge is listed as the project coordinator.

Brian LaFleur of Baton Rouge is the registered agent. The LLC manager and member is BJL Group LLC with the same address as LaFleur and Ken Tillage Construction Co. LLC. of Baton Rouge.
The Request states that funds available for construction are approximately $2.9 million with a design fee of $255,000 (Based on the State Fee Curve.) The contract design time is 90 days plus an additional 10 days for review and approval time.
The project is for the new CPSO headquarters which will include the relocation of several CPSO departments in multiple buildings to the auto mall site.
The deadline for submission of Statements of Qualifications for this project is March 30, 2026.
