Antoine White retired as Shreveport’s Deputy Chief of Police on July 15 of last year after 25 years of service.
Brian Monette is serving as the Acting Deputy Chief.
The position can only be filled by a Shreveport police officer with a grade of sergeant or above and a minimum of eight years of full-time law enforcement experience.

This list has not been officially confirmed and the timeline for naming the Deputy Chief is not known at this time.
