WATER DRIPS ON SECOND FLOOR OF GOVERNMENT PLAZA YESTERDAY

The Millennium Studios is not the only building that suffered water intrusion (not flooding) issues yesterday.

The second floor of Government Plaza was not spared by the heavy downpours yesterday.

Water was dripping in the mayor’s suite and a few IT offices.

CAO Tom Dark advises that water entered the parts of the roof that jut out from the building.

The first-floor conference room located off the chambers also had a leak.

Hopefully after repairs, City Attorney Marcus Edwards will not put the Millennium Studio curse on the second floor by declaring  that there will be no more water drips.
