On August 20 a public records request was made for the building permits issued for the State Line and Resilient Way data centers.
Today (Sept. 17), some 19 business days later, copies of the five permits were received by email.
All of these permits are readily available on the Permits & Inspections computers.

A public records lawsuit had been prepared for filing tomorrow to obtain these documents. Next time, litigation will be filed much sooner to give the Administration its day in court to explain its non-responsiveness.
Geez, to top it off the response was certainly good news for the city and Mayor Tom. So why hide the coconut?
