INDICTED SPD OFFICER CISCO DRAWS BIG BUCKS ON ADMIN LEAVE

Sgt. James Cisco of the Shreveport Police Department was just indicted with federal wire fraud charges.He is suspected of claiming overtime and getting paid for hours he did not work.Cisco was placed on administrative leave on June 16, 2021 when an internal affairs investigation was commenced.

Try to read the attached agenda for a special meeting today of the Shreveport Airport Authority Budget Committee.This was posted by the Shreveport Airport Authority on its website.The Open Meetings Law requires that agenda be clearly readable.This notice fails the test.
