The Caddo District Attorney's office has filed a Motion to Recuse Caddo Judge Chris Victory from trying the criminal trial of Ryan Chapman. The motion, if granted, removes Judge Victory from the case.Judge Victory has refused to recuse himself.

A three judge panel of the Second Circuit Appeals heard the appeal of Shreveport mayor Adrian Perkins from the opinion disqualifying him rendered on Tuesday by Caddo District Judge Brady O'Callaghan.Chief Judge Moore, Judge Stone and Judge Thompson. were on the panel.

MAYOR PERKINS LIKELY TO LOSE APPEAL TOMORROW
