Dr. Scott Wysong of Wysong Brand Solutions briefed the Caddo Commission’s Economic Development Committee yesterday on potential sites for the proposed $70 million sports complex that will be on the Nov. 3 ballot for voter approval. Wysong stated that a minimum of 12.

Caddo Commissioner Stormy Gage-Wats qualified for Shreveport mayor this morning. Her home/primary residence where she has lived for many years with her family is OUTSIDE the city limits. Gage-Watts listed her mother-in-law’s address at 5517 Ellison Street on her qualification paperwork.
