The 96th Annual Police Jury Association of Louisiana was held last week, Feb. 12-14. Bossier Parish served as this year’s host, holding the event at the Shreveport Convention Center and Bossier City Civic Center. Bossier Parish Police Juror Glen Benton served as the 2019-2020 resident and host.

The Feb. 14 issue of The Inquisitor was the first media report of litigation filed by two hangar owners against the Shreveport Airport Authority (SAA)and the City of Shreveport.The suit alleges that the new  ground leases required by the SAA have caused a major decrease in value of their hangars.
